What’s live on Sky Sports today? TV guide and listings plus how to watch on Sky Sports App and NOW

Wigan Warriors host St Helens in a top-of-the-table Super League clash on an action-packed Friday on Sky Sports.

The fierce rivals meet at 8pm, with coverage live on Sky Sports Action and Main Event from 7.30pm, as part of a rugby league triple-header.

Also at 8pm, Castleford Tigers visit London Broncos – live on Sky Sports Arena – but before those games, Wigan Warriors Women take on St Helens Women at 5.30pm, with coverage starting at 5pm on Sky Sports Action.

You can also watch the Griquas take on the Sharks in South Africa’s Currie Cup on Sky Sports Action at 2pm – a rugby union appetiser ahead of Saturday’s big internationals.

There is plenty of golf throughout the day, starting with the Genesis Scottish Open on Sky Sports Golf and Main Event from 8.30am.

Leader Justin Thomas (-8) tees off at 8.17am, before Rory McIlroy (-5) aims to continue his successful return from US Open heartbreak at 1.43pm alongside Robert MacIntyre and Viktor Hovland.

Coverage of the Amundi Evian Championship continues on Sky Sports Mix from 11am, with Scotland’s Gemma Dryburgh claiming a share of the lead after round one.

The PGA Tour’s Isco Championship completes the golf line-up with the second round live on Sky Sports Golf from 9.30pm.

Over on Sky Sports Cricket there is the third day of the first Test between England and West Indies with the hosts on top as James Anderson bids farewell. We will be live from Lord’s from 10.15am on Sky Sports Cricket and Main Event.

Later in the day, Lancashire face Yorkshire in the Vitality Blast, live on Sky Sports Cricket at 6.45pm.

At 9.30pm, there is IndyCar Practice, live on Sky Sports F1.

On Sky Sports Racing, International Raceday kicks off at 10.30am with French racing from Compiegne alongside greyhound action at Hove before Raceday Live gets under way at 2pm with Alex Hammond and the team at Ascot for the first day of Ascot’s Summer Mile Racing Weekend. Chepstow and Chester host meetings in the evening.
