After a long reign at number one in the Xbox Series X|S top ten, EA Sports FC 24 has tumbled down the charts this week, presumably due to the announcement of EA Sports FC 25, which is out in September. This week’s number one? ELEX II.

The bump in sales for Piranha Bytes’ sci-fi shooter will come as cold comfort to the German studio – it closed down earlier this month after 25 years. 2022 Soulslike action-RPG Thymesia is also an unexpected re-entry at number three in the charts.
