UAE developer opens UK office to woo property investors – Property Investor Today

Danube Properties, a player in the UAE real estate market and a key subsidiary of the Danube Group, has opened its first office in London.

The Harrow office includes a show flat flat offering attendees a first-hand look at the finishes and amenities offered by Danube’s developments.

Staff at the office also have details of Danube Properties’ 1% payment plan, which enables buyers to pay 1% per month over 80 months for the fully-furnished properties.

There has also been a broker event held attracting over 300 brokers.

Rizwan Sajan, founder and chairman of Danube Group, says the new office enhances the company’s global outreach. With 75 offices globally, Danube Properties believes it has strengthened its position as a key player in the international real estate market.

The new London office will serve as a hub for UK operations, providing property consultations, sales support, and customer service for existing and potential clients. The office will also act as a gateway for UK investors, providing them with unparalleled access to Dubai’s lucrative real estate market.

Sajan says: “The opening of our London office is a testament to the growing demand for Dubai’s luxury properties in the UK. This new venture allows us to bring our unique offer, including the 1% payment plan, to UK investors, providing them with a seamless experience and direct access to our portfolio.

“The UK is one of the top two markets for Danube Properties, and we are confident that our offerings will resonate with discerning buyers seeking luxury homes for investment. We are committed to building strong relationships here and are confident that this expansion will open new opportunities for those looking to invest in premium properties in Dubai. Our London office is just the beginning, and we look forward to deepening our presence in the UK market.”
