Transfer news LIVE: Emery wants TWO Chelsea stars after Jhon Duran move ‘agreed’

Prem trio eye Xavi Simons

French outlet L’Equipe has claimed that Premier League trio Arsenal, Manchester City and Manchester United are all interested in signing Xavi Simons.

The PSG forward is currently representing the Netherlands at Euro 2024.

It’s claimed that Simons, 21, doesn’t believe that PSG “offer the right environment” to continue his development.

The star has spent the last two seasons on loan at RB Leipzig and PSV Eindhoven.

The Prem clubs could face competition for his signature with German giants Bayern Munich also understood to be interested.

Blue it

Chelsea have seen a £34m package turned down by Atletico Madrid for Samu Omorodion, according to Fabrizio Romano.

Omorodion, 20, managed nine league league goals while on loan at Alaves in La Liga last season.

Atletico are said to be insistent on their plans to keep the striker.

While Chelsea are also considering Jhon Duran from Aston Villa as a secondary option up top.

Summer loving

Brighton have made an enquiry for £30million-rated Leeds forward Crysencio Summerville.

The Seagulls are one of several clubs showing interest in the Dutch ace who was the Championship Player of the Year last season.

Crystal Palace and Chelsea are also in the hunt for Summerville, who scored 21 goals as his team came within a whisker of promotion — with Leeds losing the play-off final to Southampton.

The 22-year-old still has two years left on his contract at Elland Road so the Yorkshire giants will demand a sizeable fee.

Man Utd’s centre-back list

The Athletic have revealed a number of targets that Manchester United are keen on this simmer.

The Red Devils are hoping to strengthen in central defence and have been linked with Everton and England defender Jarrad Branthwaite.

But the Toffees man isn’t the only option at the back.

Here’s who else they are said to have an eye on…

  • Jarrad Barnthwaite – Everton (21yrs old)
  • Leny Yoro – Lille (18yrs old)
  • Matthijs de Ligt – Bayern Munich (24yrs old)
