St Albans, Hertfordshire
The area offers a combination of great schools, says Helen Rhodes, partner at buying agency Heaton & Partners, so is perfect for parents who want to give their children the best start.
She adds: ‘London St Pancras is just a 20-minute train journey away and there’s an abundance of countryside on the doorstep’.
