Following underdog PE and science teacher Matty Edgell’s win last year, we’re feeling primed for Bake Off‘s 15th season which will see a dozen of the UK’s best bakers go head to head to win the approval of Paul Hollywood and Prue Leith in hopes of securing the title of star baker each week.

Each episode will air at 8pm, with new episodes of the 10 episode series being released every Tuesday.
