Entries open for TTG Top 50 Travel Agencies 2025
The awards, which recognise the outstanding customer service, expertise and innovation of travel retailers in the UK and Ireland, will return to Victoria Warehouse in Manchester on 24 April, in association with Visit Malta.
New categories for 2025 include Homeworking Agency – Large (for companies comprising 80 home-based agents or more) and Homeworking Agency – Small (for agencies with 79 home-based agents or fewer), while Top River Cruise Agency makes a return.
There are awards for both individual high street branches and nationwide businesses – make sure to register your agency for free by midnight on Friday 8 November to be in the running!
Once registered, Top 50 sponsors and TTG’s wide-ranging panel of industry suppliers will rate contenders in each category according to their sense of your customer service, expertise and performance.
The five highest-rated agencies in each region and nationwide category will be shortlisted and go through to judging in February and March 2025 and take part in interviews with TTG journalists and supplier sponsors – with store visits for regional shops and video calls for nationwide finalists.
Also new for 2025 – shortlisted agencies can take advantage of TTG’s new entry platform, aiming to streamline the assessment forms process and saving time during a busy period in the industry calendar.
There will also be a series of special awards recognising outstanding customer service, progress on sustainability, charity and community engagement and an unsung team member – entries for which open in December.
Travel By Hannah in Marlborough was named the UK & Ireland’s No.1 Travel Agency for 2024 back in April, with more than 600 of the industry’s best and brightest gathering for Top 50’s first awards ceremony in Manchester.
