Riccardo Calafiori personal terms

Bologna star Riccardo Calafiori is very keen to move to Arsenal during the summer transfer window.

The Gunners have agreed terms with Calafiori over a five-year deal, according to transfer insider Fabrizio Romano.

The North Londoners are now locked in negotiations with the Serie A outfit but the centre-back could cost around £43million.

The Italy international is set to quadruple his earnings by picking up £3.8million a year.

Bologna star Riccardo Calafiori is “waiting” for Arsenal to complete his signing.

According to transfer insider Fabrizio Romano, talks between the Gunners and the Serie A giants are still ongoing for Calafiori.

The Italians insist on a €50million (£42.1m) fee and are no plans to reduce thecentre-back’s price tag as they will owe 50 per cent to his former club Basel.

The North Londoners want to include add-ons as part of the deal for the Italy international.

The 22-year-old is on holiday and insists Arsenal are his “priority”.

Mikel Arteta’s goalkeeping coach, Inaki Cana, likes Joan Garcia from RCD Espanyol.
