Introducing: Nory
Nory says it is the only restaurant management system that guides teams to increase operational performance and profitability in their locations because it uses AI-powered workflows like demand forecasting, supply chain and staff management in a single operating system. The company says its mission is to grow the industry by providing restaurant teams with the tools and technology to take control of their operations, profitability and destiny. It is claimed that Nory is uniquely designed to drive performance gains on the top two P&L cost lines: Cost of Goods (COGs) and Cost of Labour (COL). The company has embedded AI and decision intelligence into the core operational workflows that drive COGs and COL. This intelligence ensures that decision making is data based and consistent, which in turn drives more consistent operational and financial performance. Nory says it provides 360° visibility over restaurants’ operational and financial performance, and guides front-line teams to improve profit margins. “The industry is facing challenges and complexities like never before including rising costs, changing consumer preferences and economic uncertainty,” says CEO and founder Conor Sheridan. “Operators don’t want more tools and apps that digitise every micro-workflow; they need technology that can give them real control over their business, profitability and destiny. This is why Nory is on a mission to help systemise success for the restaurant industry and to stack the odds in their favour.”
