Stormy Impact was beaten half a length on debut but drew well clear of the remainder. 

A very short priced  favourite next time out she was second again but was hampered at the start and found the drop back to 5f against her. 

She reverts back to the 6f trip of her debut so there should be no excuses today, and she can get off the mark under Oisin Orr for trainer Richard Fahey.

16:10 Ascot: The Panel Selection – Waleefy

A half brother to champion sprinter Baeed, Waleefy has won two and been runner-up twice on his last four starts. 

He looked a little unlucky last time out over C/D, arriving on the scene too late after being held up and he can make amends here. 

By Night of Thunder, he’ll doubtless be stepped up to a mile in the near future but with soft ground likely this should be a stiff 7f today and Waleefy must go close.
